Taking Scraps to Scrapbook a Page.

Over the weekend I had plans, plans to scrap at least 4 pages, and to at least get a week in my Project Life done.  And all I got was one scrapbook page done and even then I was lucky to get that done.  I wanted to try and get a bit done because I knew I would be working on hubbie’s book work most of this week, unless I go head down, bum up and get stuck into it.

I grabbed a bunch of scraps I happened to pull out when I was just quikcly looking for something and I thought, RIGHT I am going to scrapbook a page and do it within 20 minutes and that I did.  Here is the pile of scraps that I had to use….

Time to get all the bits of paper and start having a play.  I literally just piled them one on top of the other, almost like a puzzle…

Mixed a few things up when I started sticking them down and I am quite happy that I actually used basically all the paper that was in the pile.  Here is what I came up with…

I was happy with the way this came out, minimal and still layered to the hilt with bits and bobs all over the place.  Even the old bit of dictionary paper that I must had used back in my cardmaking days to punch out some butterflies I decided to wrap around the tag that was in the pile.

Have a great week everyone in what ever you have planned xx.
