Morning, but evening by time I finish typing,
So the blog is done, needs a little tweeking here and there but hey that can wait another day. Am already wearing my tooth picks to keep my eyes wide open today, lol!
So hubby has taken the girls to Yea, about 40 min away I thought I would get this post done. And this is my first time all by myself no kiddies for about 2-3 weeks and it’s sooo quite…..
How slack am I…. Didn’t even put a card up for Magnolia Down Under’s Challenge and I set this challenge!! What happened was…………I lost my mojo and with all the stress of Christmas I think it all got a little to much for the card. I did make one but was really un-happy with it. But Princess thinks it looks fine, that and I wanted to make another one but thats not going to happen, have other DT work to get done. And I didn’t want you all to miss out on the AMAZING prize! So the challenge is…

WHAT your saying? Well for example to take a Christmas ‘based’ magnolia and make it a birthday card. Take a Halloween based stamp and make it a Christmas card. Still not sure? Check out the amazing work from the DT HERE…..
Here is my version….
What stamp did I use? The presents from the Christmas range! They are perfect for birthday cards….
Magnolia Stamps : Cake Slice, Recipe Card, Presents, and Edwin from Winter Kit.
Card Stock and Pattern Paper : Kraft, Magnolia Blue Plaid, Pink Plaid and Candy paper.
Distress Inks : Antique Linen, Ages Mahogany, Tattered Rose, Dusty Corduroy, Frayed Burlap and Vintage Photo.
Other : Cream Lace, White Gel Pen, Leaves – Bizzy Becs Online Store, Magnolia Flowers and digi ticket.
I think I tried to go too far out of the box with Edwin in pink, and it most likely goes against all the rules having a boy dressed in pink, bahaha. But as a girlfriend of mine once got told by a man wearing pink, it’s not pink, it’s Salmon……right…..ok?! lol!
OH almost forgot here is the prize… 1st prize ONE of these personalised stamps….
