Well I used to do a “Smashing Sunday” every Sunday and to be honest I am not sure if I will do it again, just for the fact that I don’t “just” do smashing these days, but project life, scrapbooking, cardmaking and smashing as well as a little day booking here and there. Don’t get me wrong I am still going to blog about my sash pages, but most likely not on a regular basis.
Which brings me to a smash page I did early last week. of my daggy sister… And after seeing a crafty friend of mine, Karyn’s it was a great inspiration to use this page…
I used a bunch of things here, from October Afternoon, to Amy Tangerine and even Echo Park. Mostly stickers. Here is a little close up of the main page…
I also added the tag to hang in the middle you might had seen? On it is another of my sister sitting on our balcony when she was up last soaking in what a gorgeous day.
Happy Tueday-ish everyone xx

I love this! the embellishments are all perfect touches and I love the idea of a hanging tag – never thought of that! It is really strange seeing others peoples SMASH* pages of pages you have used yourself. Initially it looks so familiar then you see all the differences, I love that about the SMASH books (compared to blank journals) and people sharing their creations. I love how you havent covered up the horse – too funny!! such a fun page.
Love the hanging tag and that it carries a photo too not just journalling. Admire the collection of well placed stickers as embellishing .

Beautiful smash page! Great idea hanging a tag in the middle. Still looking for the wood stars from Studio Calico – LSS is out and so are the online stores I purchase from…hope they are restocked soon. Thank you for sharing.
i love how easy it is to leave a comment on your blog! there are others i follow that are just too much work. thanks for that!!! i love the tag with the photo too and i like the doilies (i know you say you use them all the time) but never have! they are a great back drop to start with. the pages are so cute and i love seeing what you did with those pages as, i have not even started my blue book! thanks so much, love your blog, it is one i check everyday!!!
Love the embellishments! I also like the way you used the tag for extra room to scrap!
this is such a great set of pages! love the little paper doll die cut.
quick question – is there a way to follow your blog other than through blog lovin’? I don’t belong to that…..since you are shutting down your other one and I don’t FB, I’m afraid I’ll miss out on lots of good stuff. would hate for THAT to happen!
take care!
