My store Tickled Pink Stamps is sponsoring Oh Alice Challenges this week. The challenges are always fabulous and the challenge blog is one of my FAVOURITE card making challenges to enter and so I am even MORE excited to be able to sponsor them this week. Alice in Wonderland is so suiting to our Lil Lolita range.  I supplied each DT member with a Lil Lolita and the girls that used them, have done some AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS creations with them.  The challenge is….

Alice was beginning to get very tired of sitting by her sister on the bank, and of having nothing to do: once or twice she had peeped into the book her sister was reading, but it had no pictures or conversations in it, and where is the use of a book, thought Alice, without pictures or conversations? So she was considering in her own mind, (as well as she could, for the hot day made her feel very sleepy and stupid,) whether the pleasure of making a daisy-chain was worth the trouble of getting up and picking the daisies, when a white rabbit with pink eyes ran close by her. “

The Twist? Use a DAISY or some sort of similar flower and incorporate it on your card…… So here is the card that I came up with using Evie….

Stamp : Lil Lolita Evie.

Paper : Ivory, Kraft and Kaiser Paper Pad.

Distress Inks : Tattered Rose, Fired Brick, Broken China, Weathered Wood, Faded Jeans, Walnet Stain and Antique Linen.

Other : Websters Ribbon, Lace, Beaded Ribbon.

I know I didn’t do a sentiment like the sketch, but you know I am actually liking NOT using sentiments all the time lately and instead doping them inside the card when I know the occasion.

WHOO HOO Friday baby YEAH!

So this is another late post but hey the Tickled Pink Stamp Monthly Challenges are monthly, hehe of course so I had some time, but for the challenges I was playing along with I didn’t.  Over at Tickled Pink Stamp Monthly Challenges we have a sketch AND make a matching Book Mark!  A gift set in one I say and I have always wanted to make a bookmark!  The prize is absolutely PINK-A-LICIOUS….

I am playing along with Quirky Crafts Challenges a new challenge I only recently discovered and already LOVE it and their challenge this fortnight is ….. Girlie Girl… And joining in with Cupcake Craft Challenges and their challenges is Dazzle Us and while people would think glitter I think pearls and shinny papers etc.  And I have all of the above.  And last of I am joining in with Oh Alice Challenges once again with their challenge of Muchness and because Black and Pink have been my muchness lately I just had to enter again…

And here is my set I came up with….. Just realised I am matching the sketch colours to hehe!

Also I set the Pink Ladies a challenge of a Black and White image with coloured papers and so I decided to mix them together and made the book mark with the black and white image….

I set the Pink Ladies a challenge this week of…. And am playing along with a challenge that I am always finding myself waiting on the edge of my seat for…. Oh Alice Challenges….

Well today I have the gorgeous new Honey coming soon to All That Scraps, there are 2 different ones and they are both just as cute as the other, there is Summer and August and today I am showing you August.  I must admit that while I was on my card making mojo train last week, it seems to have gone a tad missing and so I decided to case my own card, when in doubt CASE, hehe!  I am also playing along with the Oh Alice Challenges and their challenge this week is starting to be a favourite of mine especially with Flourish with a Bling……. The chapter is …..

• New ideas are SWIRLING…doors are opening…all in our little WONDERLAND… Swirls on your creation.
  “It’s no use talking about it,” Alice said, looking up at the house and pretending it was arguing with her. `I’m not going in again yet. I know I should have to get through the Looking-glass again — back into the old room — and there’d be an end of all my adventures! Well I have another card for the Oh Alice Challenges, they are having a guest DT call and their challenges are always so much fun and always so challenging and make you think outside the box and I thought 3rd time might be lucky to land that spot *finger crossed* hehe…  That and I love the sketch they are having at Oh Alice Challenges   Going to have to make this a quick post, the girls are “screaming” for my attention and my sister’s 21st is tomorrow and so am trying to get a few things organised, like me speech eeek public speaking so NOT me, lol!  So here is the sketch again…..

And here is my card, hold your horses people I have changed the paper, hehehe and finally used something different and the stamp is a new one for me too, perfect for the challenge at hand……

How has your week been so far?  I was SUPER excited to see that I was one of the lucky TOP 5 over at Cupcake Craft Challenges WHOO HOO….

Well now onto the card, I loved the sketch so much over at Oh Alice Challenges as it is so me…. Ribbon, flowers and some bling, WINNER in my eyes, it helps with the amazing inspirations the design team came out with.  I used Lil Lolita Willow in this card and cut here feet off hehehe, I promise it didn’t hurt her. I am also entering this card over at Stampin’ for the Weekend and their challenge is …….. A Card to make someone Smile.  I really like the idea of the challenge and the Design Team WOW amazing…..So here is the gorgeous sketch once again from Oh Alice Challenges……

And here is my card that I reckon is spot on with the sketch this time round, maybe just one or two Kellie touches, hehe!

So there you have it, YES I used the papers again, use and use something to death that’s me hehehe!  Plus I love them, they are so pretty and girlie, just like Lil Lolita’s.  For the corners I used a BIG doily and cut it up.

Well the colder months are definitely here, has been raining off and on for the second day now, but it’s much needed rain for the farmers and our state in general.  So funny seeing as though places across the seas are starting their Summer or Spring and we are all rugged up and heaters blaring…. Which mine have been on all day, good clothes dryer but hehe!

Well girls are in bed so coffee and blog hop catch up time, I am feeling an itch, and itch to craft hehe!  I think I got the craft bug lately have gone from making a card once a fortnight if lucky to making 5+ in the past few days, uhhhhh 5 + I say where are they, you’ll see

Well I am feeling a lot better today, thank goodness it didn’t go into ful on head cold like the other week, like a head but it’s not and you just feel awful, mine was pretty mild but still there.  There are a few colds and what not going around, poor Debbie just got almost over hers and Jodie has been really crook the poor gal and Donna has been so unwell as well and now Princess has been sick all weekend too, I swear we do everything together even get sick, hehe….. Sending BIG get well wishes to everyone out there not feeling so well and hope your all back and crafting away soon xx

When I seen Oh Alice Challenges had a gorgeous sketch and the amazing inspirations the design team came out with, especially my best Kristy I knew I had to play along!  I was going to play along with their last one by just using  a mushroom charm and you know how I love me some charms, but for the love of everything pink I could not get any of my cards to work with a mushroom charm, lol, go figure, so knew I didn’t want to miss this one, again I used Evie, I coloured her the same way as this afternoons card just because I loved the way she looked in those and after trying 2 attempts of colouring her in all blues I thought bugger it and cased my own colouring, hehe….  So here is the gorgeous sketch……

I am kicking myself I didn’t buy more of those tassels when I was at Picture to Page when some of my fellow Pink Ladies.  I actually bought them on a bit of a impulse buy but am so glad I did but now I want more, more, more……  And no idea where to start looking as I can not even remember the name of the stand I got them from.  Maybe Fran might as we were looking for a while mmmmm may ask her.

Hope you all have a fabulous start to the week.  Carrie my Best Friend, since primary school had a baby boy just before the weekend.  SO HAPPY and excited for her, this will be her second child and there is Stacey as well of course you may had read about them both before we all grew up together and I have 3 girls, Stace 2 girls and Carrie 1 girl and now we äll”lol have a little man by the name of Aiden, CONGRATULATIONS Carrie, so proud of you……

Good Morning,

Another early morning *yawns*  But it’s nice to get a cuppa in, and get through my emails in silence and before the mad school rush, lol.

So I must admit I have never really seen Alice in Wonderland and if I did it was many moons ago, but I must admit the new one looks absolutely amazing!  And the amount of companies that are bringing out stamps for it is amazing!  And then there is the new challenge blog OH ALICE and I was totally excited when Kristy let me know she made the design team, WHOO HOO still so excited for her, as was she, her work ROCKS!

So I wanted to join in and made this card last weekend but with all the releases etc it had to wait till now, pushing the deadline too, hehe.  Now I do know that Alice in Wonderland is very quirky so I went with that with my card using the sketch they have….
