Good Afternoon,

Well lucky I got this card done the other night let me tell you, I can not turn my head left or right without moving my whole body it’s getting better than last night, oh how funny Kira and Hubby thought it was…..grumble……grumble….. hehe….

So onto the NEW Preview Day for All That Scraps WHOO HOO.  It’s feels very weird making summer cards when we have just started our winter, but the warm cards with bright fun colours just makes you feel warm, I know odd effect to have, hehe!?  So who doesn’t NEED summer sentiments?!  AND remember if you jump over HERE…. to the All That Scraps blog you can WIN your own and check out the amazing creations the Design Team have come out with WOW!  I am playing along with 3 challenges for this card….  The Pink Elephant have a challenge of Bright Fun Colours and I think this counts in that challenges for sure.  I am also playing along using the Friday Sketchers which I must admit hanging on my seat waiting to see what it was and oooo I likie!  And then I seen the Challenge over at Whimsical Wednesday the Diedritch Dare is a picture inspiration…..

SCREAMS summer to me don’t you think? Yup me to….. So onto my card.  I am not 100% happy with this and think there are several reasons, 1 is because it’s not what I had in my head that I could not get OUT and 2 I stamped the sentiments on the kraft square to give a making my own DP effect and of course DUH it dried and was lighter then when I stamped Geez Kellie think a little, lol! And that plain ol I feel like something is missing, but not to worry… So here is the Friday Sketchers Sketch…..
And here is my card, shock horror I followed the sketch….. OH ok I didn’t exactly but VERY close I must say, hehe……

I am totally late with this post, due to a darn head ache that started yesterday afternoon and was in full form today UGH spent most of my day on  the couch and then when hubby got home to bed…..  About 8-ish I felt 80% and am feeling slightly better.  My head hates me, lol!

This week at The Pink Elephant and Ella the Elephant wanted to stomp over and play with Stamp Something and their challenge this week is seriously my favourite thing to do on my cards……guessed it?

Magnolia Down Under is going through some changes as of first week in April. We are all so EXCITED about it and can not wait for you to see them all. But for a little hint, do you like other stamps other than the gorgeous Magnolia’s? Like……. Kraftin’ Kimmie or Sweet November and MORE…..? All night I have been trying to get time to sit, have a coffee and type up this post, and the whole time in my head I am singing, I’m late, I’m late for a very important date…….. OK now that you all think I am nuts lets move onto the card, hehe….. No it was a case of the phone would ring or I will just mop that quickly and then do it….  I really want to get a card finished so this will be a quick-ish one, well I’ll try and be quick, hehe!

This week at The Pink Elephant is a very exciting one…..Why your asking?  Because our very own  & owner of TPE,  Lori,  has created a gorgeous line of stamps called Puddle Jumpers, you may had seen them and even joined in with the blog hop release they had going the other day?  They will be sold exclusively and are now available at Die Cuts R us! • GREEN….

Can be a little amont of green in the paper, or all over green the amount you use is totally up to you, if it has green then your IN! hehehe….

All DT were extremely  lucky to get 1 of the 3 new Puddle Jumpers to play with, WHOO HOO how lucky are we!   I was lucky enough to get Emma, I coloured her with copics when I stayed at Kristy’s, thank you Debbie once again for allowing me to use them   Once again I am so not a copic person, lol, think I’ll stick to my distress inks.  But here is what I have come up with or the challenge at hand…..

I couldn’t think of a good title and because this is going to be a long one I thought that would be good enough.  I will be back again this evening with my last Just Magnolia Guest card, but had a few things to share, show and tell, that I have been meaning to all week.

**WARNING LONG POST AHEAD…..Grab a cuppa…**

WOW what a busy week so far with the new release of the Hoppy Easter Collection, they are so cute, can not wait for mine to arrive.  Have many plans for a lot of them already, brain goes into over drive when I see new collections with ideas that I want them NOW…. hehe.

I am sorry I have not gotten around to all your amazing creations as of late, but plan on doing a lot of catching up during the weekend…. YAY to Friday here down under.

As some of you know I went for a crafting weekend last weekend to Kristy Young’s and WOW the last time I went I got like 2 cards made was it Princess?  Nothing was working for me and I coloured so many images to use hardly any of them.  And she pumped out like 5-6 cards!  This time I just made card after card and made 6-7 cards….. WHOO HOO was very pleased as all were DT work and so you shall see them soon, and work for the Magnolia Ink Magazine, so if they make the cut you will see them in the next issue.

On the Saturday we had the Deb-a-licious come and craft with us for the day.  I always love when we get to catch up she cracks me up, such a wonderful personality.  Heres a little happy snap of us together….

We went out for mmmmm brunch on my last day, bunch because we stay up to ridiculous hours like 5am both Fri and Sat night and so by Sunday we are a tad on the “I’m going to pass out for some much needed sleep, hehe.”  And so we took photos of our yummy breaky and dessert……WARNING will cause drooling…..

Mine and Kristy’s ice coffees…. Yummmy eggs Benedict *DROOLS* had never had them before but OH MY… My desert half eaten hehehe, I was on the phone when it came and forgot about the taking photos and just dug in…. And then after that was the long drive home

I also forgot in my trying to get my sleep back to walking around like a zombie for Monday and Tuesday that I didn’t share my Little Musings DT card….. DO’H and I made something a little different….. Little because………It’s a little card, hehe….

Good Morning,

Well this is late because I spent almost all of yesterday looking for my darn car keys!  I was about to race out the door to take Heidi to Kindergarten and could not find my keys, after a desperate phone call to mum to come and get her on her way to work and drop her off for me, and then she had to pick her up hours later as I still had no idea where they were, found them just before Kira got home in her room, WHY I have no idea!?  Kids and not putting things back hey!

So I didn’t get around to my post yesterday.

How are we all today?  Today was my little girls, well middle girl, hehe,  official full day of kindergarten and I just wanted to share a photo I took the other week when she went for half the day in her uniform with her little sister……

They both love this photo, but then again they love all photos of themselves….. hehe, wonder where they get that from, *looks around the room.*

So today I have a card for you made with another cutie from the C.C Designs Spring Kit.  I’m not usually a boy person card maker, no wait did that make sense, mmmm any ways, haha.  There is something about the Sugarplum boys that I find them easier to use than other boy stamps.

This is for my Stamp with Fun DT card and this week we have a challenge that I am sure you will agree is easy to play along with….  As it’s the month for love, reds and flowers this week we have the theme….

• Hearts.

Can be a stamp, pattern on the papers, etc the skies the limits.  Be sure to jump on over and check out the rest of the amazing creations and cards the DT came up with, something to get every one’s heart going, hehe sorry couldn’t help it!
