Good Afternoon All,

Well I reckon I have had a cold for going on 3 weeks and have not been able to make anything for almost as long!  Emailing and Blogging I can do hehe, but when I have sat down to craft…….. NOTHING is working and my nose is running like a tap that I just give in and crawl in bed with my lappy and usually a dvd as well as a sleeping hubby beside me hehe, OH and a box of tissues!  It’s not that the ideas are not there, as I have so many and all the challenges and DT work I have missed because of it got to me…  So last night I said NOPE that’s it I will beat you cold!  Both my younger 2 Heidi and Chloe are sick too, Chloe was up most of the night and is in my bed watching a DVD but sleeping on and off, soooo not her and just proves how ill she is feeling, and this is the first time she has let me out of her site for more than 10 min so typing very softly, hehe!  And my eldest is at camp and I am sooooo hoping she comes home ok, tomorrow will tell!

SO after all that waffle….. The challenge at Lil Lolita Boutique Challenges this week is…..

POLKA DOTS….

Dots, dots, lots of dots that’s what we want to see!  Actually can be a little bit, lots or all of it, as long as there are some polka dots somewhere YOU in!  I am also playing along for the first time with The Lollipop Ladies and they have a photo inspiration and I went with the colours for inspiration…..  Also Cupcake Craft Challenge this week their challenge is ……LACE…… OH how I love me some lace!  And last of all Cute Card Thursday and their challenge that I am most likely late for hehe …. WHATEVA….  So here is what I cam up with, this card was inspired by the gorgeous Kylie Blonde with her TGFcritter card she made and sent me *had to add that in there, hehe* and by the talented Amy Young and her amazing head shots of the gorgeous Lil Lolita stamps *also coming my way, yeah I did it again, hehe*  NOW be kind remember mojo-less lol….. And very crappy weather, sorry no other words for it, so photo is not 100% perfect!

P.s I should add that the stitching was all done by hand YEAH great idea that was at the start, hahaha!

Hello there,

Before I start I just wanted to thank everyone that has been helping me out with looking for a desk carousel.  You have all been amazing and I am blown away by how many of you would go out of your way to check your local stores for me!  THANK YOU!  We unfortunately don’t have a Micheal’s here in Australia, but by looks of it BOY I wish we did!

Well the girls are all dressed in their daggy baggy clothes ready to go out with their dad to the farm and run a muck and see their Nanna.  Which will then equal quite, dvd and crafting me time, whoo hoo, has been a few weeks since I have had that.

So last night I was blog hoping and the night before as well and came across some amazing first time challenges and then some of the regular challenges I LOVE to join in with.  I am playing along with Cupcake Craft Challenges and their challenge this week is …. Cats and Dogs….  And this little puppy is perfect and will fit right in over there.  Then I am joining for the first time Paper Romance Challenges and their challenge is Chocolate, White and Teal….  Boy did I struggle a little with the colour teal, just never seem to have any of it when I need it?!  Also playing along with Sasya’s Sketch, I will admit I did change it a little as I could not get it to work the way I wanted it to in my mind so switched and added a few things here and there, lol not surprised!  Here is the gorgeous sketch….

Well I was going for a plain but effective card but just kept adding more and more, hahaha.  Well best go as kiddies will be going soon and I want to dive head first into my crafting have a few cards planned and lots of DT work to get ahead of.

OH and also a little bit of a toot toot, hehe I was so excited to see I got top 3 over at Paper Sundaes Challenges with my Hansel card, WHOO HOO….

WOW ok trying to get this post done is like, is like, well watching the washing try, time consuming bahahaha….. I just keep getting interupted or cooking dinner, etc but cuppa in hand and girls in bed.  So lets restart shall we, hehe!

How has your week been so far?  I was SUPER excited to see that I was one of the lucky TOP 5 over at Cupcake Craft Challenges WHOO HOO….

Well now onto the card, I loved the sketch so much over at Oh Alice Challenges as it is so me…. Ribbon, flowers and some bling, WINNER in my eyes, it helps with the amazing inspirations the design team came out with.  I used Lil Lolita Willow in this card and cut here feet off hehehe, I promise it didn’t hurt her. I am also entering this card over at Stampin’ for the Weekend and their challenge is …….. A Card to make someone Smile.  I really like the idea of the challenge and the Design Team WOW amazing…..So here is the gorgeous sketch once again from Oh Alice Challenges……

And here is my card that I reckon is spot on with the sketch this time round, maybe just one or two Kellie touches, hehe!

So there you have it, YES I used the papers again, use and use something to death that’s me hehehe!  Plus I love them, they are so pretty and girlie, just like Lil Lolita’s.  For the corners I used a BIG doily and cut it up.

Well the colder months are definitely here, has been raining off and on for the second day now, but it’s much needed rain for the farmers and our state in general.  So funny seeing as though places across the seas are starting their Summer or Spring and we are all rugged up and heaters blaring…. Which mine have been on all day, good clothes dryer but hehe!

Well girls are in bed so coffee and blog hop catch up time, I am feeling an itch, and itch to craft hehe!  I think I got the craft bug lately have gone from making a card once a fortnight if lucky to making 5+ in the past few days, uhhhhh 5 + I say where are they, you’ll see

I started to get a sore throat last night and woke up with it still…..  Darn these colder months, haha and for some reason I keep getting cramps in my neck, which can be very painful as usually you stretch out a cramp of the muscles but it’s not as easy to stretch out your neck bahaha…..  But I did get 3 cards made!  And this one I made the night before…..

I love both the challenges at Cupcake Craft Challenges and A Spoon Full of Sugar that I decided to play along again and again, hehe.  Cupcake Crafts Challenges and their challenge this week is …… Blooming Charms, wow ok for me to easy I don’t think I make a card without either these days, you know me once I love something I love it to death….hehehe…… And  A Spoon Full of Sugar and their challenge this week is ….. Cute and Girlie and Willow is all those and more….  I also set the Tickled Pink Ladies a challenge to use a Lil Lolita stamp and make a card with either Pink, Black/Brown and White/Cream and since then have had a lot of people emailing to say they want to play along, so be sure to check out the Tickled Pink Store Blog HERE…..  A bit later on

WOugarW thank you to all the comments on my bomb site aka work desk.  It has been amazing to hear that people’s are actually worse than that, lol I need to pick up my game then, hahaha I thought I had the messiest desk in all of blog land, hehe!

So this morning I do have a card to share with you all…..  I made this card and to play along with Cupcake Crafts Challenges and their challenge this week is …… Blooming Charms, wow ok for me to easy I don’t think I make a card without either these days, you know me once I love something I love it to death….hehehe…… And I am also playing along with A Spoon Full of Sugar and their challenge this week is ….. Cute and Girlieand I really think mine is, in a teen age ways, well my daughter went naaaaw followed by….that’s cool….when she seen it so is that a pass….?  So here is my YET again don’t hit me, haha….. Pink and Black card and I still have one more coming and another I am working on, hehe….

I think you are now picking up that I now have a soft spot for the cute gothie images at Tiddly Inks.  I was blog hopping last week and came across them on the Friday and bought a few images hoping i would be able to colour them and get the prismas to work.  I am quite happy with the ways they are coming out, just wish I would get the guts to venture into more colours lol!  That’s what I get for getting the 132 pack and having far to many colours to pick from, hehe!
